Hell, I'd be even more happy if all the existing frames that lack a prime got themselves an umbra format instead. Honestly, if DE WERE to create more umbra frames, I'd be cool with that. That being said, it was left so open ended into exactly HOW Ballas intended to kill off this Dax soldier's bloodline, but since we have no way of knowing the when where or even the HOW Ballas intended to wipeout that family's bloodline out, so who's to say that Ballas DIDN'T create more Umbra frames via the same method he did to the original Dax soldier that was and now IS our Excalibur Umbra? 2.)
